The Ordering Process:
Retailers place their order each week through an on line ordering portal.
The website is open from Monday through to Wednesday noon. Retailers place their order each week (increasing and decreasing the order quantity) depending on demand.
Retailers also confirm the number of books sold for the previous order. Invoices and statements for the number of books sold are emailed direct for payment.
